| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS GENERAL INFO & REQUIREMENTS Who are you guys anyway? To be updated... Why do I have to enter my cell number and postal address when signing up? Your cell number, postal address and real name is only accessible by the MAIN ADMINISTRATOR, no members or moderators have access to this information. Your cell number is required in order to play our future online multi player games. We will also need your number in order to contact you if you have won a valuable prize such as an Xbox or Cell Phone. Your postal address is required in order for us to post prizes. If there is no postal address then you forfeit the prize, if the postal address is incorrect and we receive “Return To Sender” you will also forfeit the prize. We will never spam you with SMS and Email advertisements, or hand over details to anyone. I just joined and have 0 points, how do I get points to start playing? All new members have to post a minimum of 10 forum posts before getting startup points (PNTS). Why do I have to choose to be a Mobilite or Cellulite? Are you saying I’m FAT!!!?? (FEATURE REMOVED - WILL BE BACK AT A LATER STAGE) The Mobilites are good guys and the Cellulites baddies, as the site progresses the two sides will battle it out for supremacy! Why did I get a WARNING? If you spam or cause trouble with other members on the site you will get a warning, break any rules on the site you will get a warning. After 3 warnings you could be banned, depending one the severity of the action you could be banned immediately. Points are also deducted when warned. 1st warning - 10% of your total points 2nd warning - 50% of your total points 3rd warning - 100% of your total points Why am I in prison? What does this mean? If you find yourself in prison this means you have not been banned but placed in prison instead. The minimum sentence is 1 full month or until the 1st day of the next month and maximum is 1 full month, while in prison you will be removed from the ACCESS Group and will not be able to win any prizes. You will also be fined 10% of your total points. VIP MEMBERS How do I become a VIP Member? Because of the RICA registration being law, we are unable to offer VIP membership for the time being. POINTS I have points, what do I do with these? Points are for fun How do I get more points? Participate in the forum discussions, chat in the chat box and enter competitions. If you use up all your points on games don't worry! You can request a Top-Up once a month. To request click on the "Points System" Tag on the top menu and select "Top Me Up!" If you bet against another member in a game and you lose. Warnings deduct points COMPETITIONS, PRIZES and PERMISSIONS Why can't I enter competitions? Why can't I use the PM? It says I do not have the correct permissions? You need to make 10 posts in the forum before you are placed in a new group called "ACCESS" which will allow access to competitions and certain functions of the site such the PM (Personal Message). If you have not visited the site for 60 days or more you will be removed from the "ACCESS" Group and will need to repost the 10 forum posts. Spamming in the forum will result in warnings.
